Moreover, as a V-Count International Sales Manager, you will have close contact with your customers, to make sure they are getting the best possible support and commitment at all times. So we’ll rely on you to listen to our customers, take the time to understand their needs — and remind them that behind our great products are amazing people!

Your day-to-day duties will be;

  • Actively searching for new prospects in the Middle East Region, through social media and other channels.
  • Informing leads about our solutions (products, systems, peripherals and software) while taking a consultative approach. Basically finding the right customer/product fit.
  • Seeking out, initiating and closing deals with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing and deliverables according to regional market needs.
  • Communicating and following up with all clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of business.
  • Conducting market research about the people counting industry and following the trends. Reporting on new developments to the rest of the team.
  • Working with the V-Count Technical Support team to ensure all POCs for new customers are running smoothly, and that all technical support is being take care of.
  • Educating customers on support options, and organizing the steps that need to be taken to resolve any technical issues


 Key Qualifications

  • Be completely fluent in English. (Arabic and other languages would be an advantage)
  • Graduated from top tier Universities
  • More than 2-3 years of progressive experience in international sales
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing new client prospects via phone, email, text, or social media
  • Ability to deliver engaging, articulate sales presentations in person, over the phone, video teleconferencing, or WebEx
  • Have excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • An appreciation of the IT environment, preferably with Retail Analytics Solutions or similar products
  • Strong self-motivation, an outgoing personality, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • ·A willingness to WORK HARD (nothing beats it!)


Great Additional Skills

  • International business experience or international travel and currency exchange exposure
  • Prior experience selling off-shore professional and managed services
  • Healthy network of business contacts
  • Have no obstacle to travel within the Middle East.
